A gentle pause after Motherhood From Afar — Across Borders

This is not another part of the series.

It is a pause.


After the words have been written, there is a stillness that follows.

The kind that comes when the heart has finally said what it was holding.


Nothing more needs to be explained today.

Nothing needs to be concluded or tied neatly.

The journey has already been placed into words — slowly, honestly, with care.

And now, there is space.

Space to sit with what was shared.

Space to feel without naming every feeling.

Space to let the heart rest from carrying.


Some stories are not meant to be resolved immediately.

They are meant to be acknowledged, then left gently where Allah can tend to them.


Today is simply that moment.

After the words.

Before what comes next.
